“Murga bano”…”kursi pe khare ho”… “ab bhookhe raho”… are some common parlance to describe situations of how children are punished. In many cases the child is battered to an extent of being scarred both physically & emotionally. This accepted way of life in schools and homes is termed Corporal Punishment. This acceptance is being questioned by Us. ‘Chadi Ke Lagal Hathkadi’(Handcuffs on the stick) is used to describe Our campaign spreading the message of ‘Spare the Rod, IT WON’T spoil the Child’.
